By using PickleCloud you agree to provide accurate information, respect other members, and abide by tournament organizer rules. Verified records may only be modified by platform administrators.

• Do not impersonate other players or submit false credentials.
• Coach certifications are only "Verified" after admin review; self-marking is prohibited.
• Organizers may not approve their own organizer accounts or verify their own results.
• Payment proofs and identification documents are stored privately and reviewed by admins only.
