PickleCloud collects only the information needed to operate the platform: your account details, player profile, tournament participation, and any files you upload for verification.

What we never show publicly

• Your email address and mobile number
• Your full birth date (only age or age group may be shown)
• Home address, identification documents, coach certificate files, payment proofs
• Internal administrative notes

Your rights

You can update your profile, request a correction, or request account deletion at any time. Verified tournament records may be anonymized rather than deleted to preserve the integrity of past competitions.

This page will be reviewed with legal counsel before public launch. It is provided in good faith for Phase 1.
