Data Correction & Appeal Policy

Players, coaches, organizers and club administrators can submit correction requests for player profiles, tournament results, podium records, club memberships, DUPR entries and coach certifications. Requests are reviewed by platform administrators.

Include supporting evidence (photos, result sheets, screenshots) with your request. Decisions and any changes to verified records are logged in our audit trail.
