Tournament Organizer Agreement

Approved tournament organizers agree to:

• Publish clear rules, entry fees, and refund policies for every tournament.
• Review player registrations fairly and communicate approvals or rejections promptly.
• Submit accurate results after each event; not mark their own results as verified.
• Cooperate with platform administrators on correction requests and audit reviews.
